Hearing Care Assistant

Bethany had an extensive and successful career in Marketing before changing her path to join the family business and focus on Audiology and healthcare. Having gained a degree in Marketing from Buckinghamshire New University, Bethany went on to re-train and obtain her Hearing Care Assistant (HCA) qualification from Anglia Ruskin University, graduating with the award for best overall performance. Bethany has found her role in Audiology particularly rewarding and as an expert in Microsuction, she now runs our wax removal clinics. She is also highly skilled at hearing aid repairs, adjustments and fittings and is available to assist you with your hearing healthcare needs.

Kinga Silver

Patient Care Coordinator

Kinga leads our reception team in Henley. She knows first hand the impact of wearing hearing aids and hearing loss, as she experienced a sudden hearing loss herself. Kinga has found her confidence restored through the use of hearing aids, and now uses her experience to help others.

Practice Manager

Alison is our Practice Manager and covers both our Chalfont and Henley branches. Alison joined the business over 7 years ago when her mother was treated by Leon. Her experience allows her to truly understand the impact of hearing loss on patients and their families alike.


Resident Pooch

Wiley is our resident chihuahua, company mascot, and chief morale officer. His friendly, furry presence is very reassuring for our nervous or young patients, and often the first question we’re asked when a patient arrives is, ‘Where’s Wiley’?
