We are proud to offer a dedicated trial system for hearing aid amplification. As part of the consultation process and fee, we offer a comprehensive demonstration and trial of amplification. This allows you to experience the benefits of digital hearing aids for yourself.

Rental Service

We are pioneering a digital hearing aid rental service. Allowing patients to access premium level technology on a pay-as-you-go style contract. Rental is available from as little as £89 per month and can be taken over 12, 24, or 48 month contracts. The rental service provides an excellent alternative to NHS hearing aids, and means that you can access the latest discreet digital hearing aids without the initial outlay.

Taxi Service

Because we position our service delivery model differently, we are able to offer patients in the local community a complimentary taxi service as part of our paid service provision, making it easier for you to get to our Practice.

Home Visits

If for any reason you are unable to come to our Practice, we are more than happy to come to you. We are able to carry out all testing and fitting processes in the comfort of your own home.

Clinical Trials and Research

To ensure we are always providing the best solutions to our patients, we often conduct clinical trials of new digital hearing aids on behalf of the manufacturers. We always require participants and often there are financial incentives for taking part. Your hearing is important to us, we therefore take every measure possible to ensure success.

In light of the latest lockdown restrictions in the UK we are changing the way will be providing hearing aid and ear wax removal services until further notice. Given the current infection rates locally we are limiting all face-to-face contact to by-appointment only.

There is a social responsibility for us all to stay at home unless it is absolutely necessary, until at very least the end of January. Please do not attend the clinic without an appointment or without contacting us prior to attending, emergency appointments will only be provided once we have triaged your need by phone.

Where we deem it an emergency, we will assign you a specific appointment time, any bookings will need to be paid for prior to attendance. Subsequently any cancellations are subject to our 72-hour cancellation policy.

Appointment times have been further lengthened in order to allow us time to complete our additional safety procedures. We have introduced the use of fogging equipment between appointments in order to disinfect all surfaces and air completely, to ensure the maximum safety for our patients and staff. Emergency wax removal appointments are therefore subject to a temporary price increase to take into account the additional safety measures required due to the aerosol generating nature of microsuction equipment.
